What we store

Gym owners: your email address, used only to send sign-in links and service notices. Board entries: the name, race, division, format, partner or teammate names, and optional bib number and Instagram handle that someone types onto a board, plus the heat time, bib, and results link we fill in from HYROX’s public start list. That’s it — no passwords, no payment details (Stripe handles those), no tracking pixels.

Who can see it

A board is visible to anyone with its link. Names on a board are, by design, visible to other members of that gym. We don’t sell or share board data with anyone, and we don’t send it to HYROX.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a managed database (Neon) and served from Vercel, both in the United States. Sign-in emails are sent through Resend. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Removal

Anyone can remove their own entry from a board. To delete a gym’s board and everything on it, or to ask what we hold about you, email hello@realinstall.com.

Cookies

One cookie, for gym owners only, to keep you signed in. Members and spectators get none.
