The service
StartHeat provides a shared race board for a gym: members add their name and race, and the board fills in race dates, heat times, bib numbers, and live-results links from information HYROX publishes publicly. We do our best to keep that information accurate and timely, but it comes from third-party sources we don’t control, and race organisers can change schedules at any time. Always confirm your start time with the official event information.
Accounts and boards
A gym owner creates a board and is responsible for it, including who they share the link with. Boards are open by design: anyone with a board’s link can add or edit entries on it. Don’t put anything on a board you wouldn’t want other members to see.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from the dashboard at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Trials convert to the selected paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Acceptable use
Don’t use StartHeat to harass anyone, to add people who haven’t agreed to be listed, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend boards that do.
Not affiliated with HYROX
StartHeat is an independent product. HYROX is a trademark of its owner; we use the name only to describe the races our customers take part in.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for missed starts, incorrect times, or other losses arising from use of the board. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.
